Our International shipments to Canada are shipped consolidated, generally on a weekly basis. Please allow 8-12 business days for delivery. If you require expedited delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department and have your order number readily available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-320-9067. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and received within 45 days. Items being returned or exchanged may not be washed or worn and must be in like new condition. Claims for damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt.
